From challenging beginnings to a global influencer in authentic leadership, Yael has  dedicated a lifetime to uncovering the truth, empowering visionaries to create honest  alignment, profound peace and bullet-proof integrity.  

Having understood that her calling lay outside of traditional academics, after successfully  completing her studies at an acclaimed Swiss university, she set out to create her own story.  

A pioneer in multiple fields, Yael single-handedly established the sport of CrossFit on an Island of ‘yogis’, authored The Transformation Playbook, a humorous guide to lasting,  holistic, physical change and demonstrated true perceverance after winning the legendary  ‘Row for Role’ kayaking race for charity over the open ocean in Bali, three years in a row.  

Having personally lost 40kg in just seven months, Yael understands transformation,  discipline and integrity at their core – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. 

Adding to this almost 4000 hours of meditation within the last decade, and years of traveling using her unparalleled gift of finding the most astonishing wisdom keepers, hidden places  and awe-inspiring experiences, she was able to gain a rare understanding of true human  potential and what it means to be a leader.  

Curating highly re-energizing, offline events that merge health, leadership development,  philosophy, deep rest and introspection in breathtaking, discreet settings, later came as a  natural extension of her one-on-one work. Through a fusion of playful adventure,  neuroscience, transformational dialogue and her unique ability to create a safe space, these  retreats allow participants to reconnect with their truth, unlock new levels of influence, and  redefine success on their own terms.
